Log sets in seconds
Weight and reps are pre-filled from last time, so most sets are one tap. Supersets, drop sets, warm-ups, timed holds, per-side reps and cardio by time and speed are all supported.
TrainingTracker is a gym log app for strength training. Plan your routines, log every set in a tap or two, and let your own history tell you when to add weight.
Free while in beta. Sign-up is by invite during the beta.
It keeps a complete training log and turns it into a plan for your next session: what you lifted last time, what to try today, and how your lifts and body weight are trending.
Weight and reps are pre-filled from last time, so most sets are one tap. Supersets, drop sets, warm-ups, timed holds, per-side reps and cardio by time and speed are all supported.
Attach a progression rule to a routine or exercise: linear, double or triple progression, or adding time. Targets explain themselves, missed reps never add load, and new records are flagged as you go.
Build routines from a library of more than 5,000 exercises, or start from a ready-made plan such as Push/Pull/Legs or Upper/Lower. Run them on fixed weekdays or as a rotation that always serves the next session.
A rest timer runs between sets and can alert you even when the app is closed. Plate math works out what to load on the bar from the plates you have.
Track body weight against a goal line, record measurements, and keep progress photos on a timeline with a before-and-after slider.
Import from FitNotes, Strong or Hevy, export everything as one file, and edit any past workout. Sign in with a passkey or a password, and your log syncs across devices.
Pick exercises for each training day, or load a starter plan and adjust it. Choose fixed weekdays or a rotation.
Today's session opens with last time's weights filled in. Tick off sets, adjust what changed, and the rest timer starts on its own.
See targets for next time, new records, estimated one-rep maxes, a training heatmap, muscle balance and your body-weight trend.
